Does George H Lilley Regalia ship overseas?

Yes! Our beautiful Australian made regalia is available to purchase worldwide. Please contact us with your overseas purchase enquiry. We will need to know your postcode and what you would like to purchase in order to calculate shipping. 

Can George H Lilley Regalia give me a quick price estimate for the custom regalia that I would like?

Except in the case of standard stock items, unfortunately we cannot give quick price estimates for custom items. Depending upon the type of regalia you require, specifications can vary considerably, and this makes price estimation difficult. If you require a custom item, please contact us for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and when will I receive my delivery?

Some of our standard regalia items are typically posted within 48 hours, although this may vary depending upon stock levels and at busy times. Made to order items or jewels that require engraving may have lead times. If you are unsure about how long your order may take to be sent, please contact us for assistance. We typically send by Australia Post. Standard freight times for Australia Post may be 3-5+ days while express may be 1-2 days. Note these are estimates only. 

Can I add to or change my order once placed?

If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us and we can help.

Returns and exchanges - how do I return goods?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to ask for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please provide us with the reason for your refund or exchange request. We can only accept returns for defective products.

If you wish to exchange a product you may incur further postage and handling charges. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with the original invoice.

If you receive a product and believe it to be incorrect, do not open the item where possible and contact us for assistance. If you have been sent an incorrect product then we will replace it for you less delivery costs. If you are returning or exchanging because you have ordered the wrong product we may still need to charge postage and handling costs. Please note we will not accept responsibly if you choose the wrong product or supply us with incorrect information.Please note that all sales should be considered final. Your rights and customer satisfaction are important to us, so if you are dissatisfied in any way with our product quality or level of service, please contact us for assistance and we will do whatever we can to help.

What if my delivery is missing an item?

Although this is unusual, if you find that there is anything missing from your order, or if you are not sure about what you have received, contact us for help. Please have your order details handy so we can confirm your requirements and assist you as quickly as possible.
